Ingredients
  1. 2 cups yellow corn meal
  2. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  4. 2 tbsp. baking powder
  5. 2 tsp. salt
  6. 2 cups milk
  7. 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  8. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  9. 11/2 cups drained Cowboy BBQ Corn Salsa
  10. 11/2 cups grated Mexican style cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Instructions
  1. Hand mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9” x 13” glass baking dish. Place into preheated 400 degree oven. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
