  1. 8oz. jar of Cowboy BBQ Sweet & Spicy Jalapeño Relish
  2. 8oz package of cream cheese
  3. Sliced Dried Salami
  4. Sliced Pepporoncini peppers
  5. Fresh spinach
  1. Drain relish and blend with cream cheese. Spread over tortilla. Sprinkle a few peppers down center. Cover tortilla with a layer of salami. Top with a few spinach leaves. Roll up and wrap with Saran Wrap.
